• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse (via IP-based rate limiting and Cloudflare Turnstile).
• To send transactional emails (magic links, billing receipts, weekly digests, onboarding). You can manage email preferences in your dashboard settings.

• Supabase: Authentication and database storage.
• Stripe: Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
• Vercel: Website hosting and infrastructure.
• Upstash: Redis caching for scan results.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot protection for anonymous scans.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery (weekly digests, onboarding, welcome emails).
• AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI): Entity names are sent to these providers to generate scan results. No personal user data is shared with AI providers.

5. Data retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Scan results: Cached for 6 hours. Stored permanently for monitored entities while your account is active.
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years for tax and regulatory compliance.

6. Data security

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
